    Me too I have experienced sudden power loss problem while riding. I’ve found that my problem was because of the unintented braking. A little squeeze of the brake levers enough to trigger the brake lights is also enough to cut all the power to the motors. Due to vibration or sudden acceleration, one may squeeze the levers a little bit. If you ride with motorcycle grade gloves, that may happen anytime.
    As a precautionary step, the scooter cuts the power to the motors as soon as the brake light switch is on.
    After that knowledge, I don’t experience any power loss.
